User Roles and Access

Publishers

• May post and manage their own gigs.

• Can view and bid on pitches posted by journalists.

Journalists

• Can submit and manage their own pitches.

• May view and apply to gigs posted by publishers.

Users must not access or interfere with content or accounts that do not belong to them.

Code of Conduct

By using our platform, you agree to:

• Treat others respectfully and professionally.

• Avoid harassing, defaming, or threatening any user.

• Use the platform only for legitimate and legal purposes.

• Not submit or upload illegal, obscene, or offensive content.

• Refrain from impersonating any person or entity.

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for unlawful or malicious purposes;

• Upload harmful content (e.g., malware, hate speech, spam);

Dispute Resolution

• If unresolved, disputes will be settled via binding arbitration under the AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules, in Delaware, USA.

• Class actions are not permitted.
